You look for someone who has such issue but has over it, for his or her expert advice, and better still you can go online to look for a relationship forum and search for fear related discussion groups. This will enable you to list to what other people with related concern are saying and what they are doing about it to get ride of it.
Lastly, never start a relationship when you still have the fear of be committed, because it will always be at the back of your mind not to be committed in the relationship, and unconsciously it dictate your actions.
